乳山市嘉華塑業(yè)有限公司座落在美麗富饒的山東膠東半島--威海乳山市。公司擁有一條國際先進水平的日本曰精ASB機械株式會社生產制造的ASB-25OEXⅡ型一步法雙向延伸吹瓶生產線，同時擁有注、擠、吹塑及印刷燙金等塑料加工及其配套設備60余臺套。可生產10L以下中空制品及其它塑料制品，是省內較大的PET中空制品加工企業(yè)。
本公司主導產品為PET中空制品，其中闊口瓶榮獲山東省一輕工業(yè)新產品、新品種、新花色、新包裝成果二等獎，山東省一輕工業(yè)廳科技進步三等獎；山東省第四屆專利優(yōu)秀獎﹔并被市經濟貿易委員會授予市“八五”技術進步先進項目。
產品投放市場以來，由于該系列產品質輕、透明度好、表面光潔度高，對氧氣二氧化碳的氣密性好，抗化學藥品優(yōu)良、無毒無味等優(yōu)點，深受國內外用戶歡迎。現(xiàn)已被食品行業(yè)廣泛采用，是一種具有長遠市場發(fā)展前景的食品包裝容器。
自2006年以來，根據(jù)《進出口食品包裝容器包裝材料、實施檢驗監(jiān)管工作管理規(guī)定》要求，我公司出口的PET瓶，在生產條件、管理水平、檢測能力、產品質量等方面，都通過審核，取得了山東出入境檢驗檢疫局的備案資格自2007年12月6日取得食品用塑料容器全國工業(yè)產品生產許可證。
